Made from 6000 series aluminum.

Each channel has wide flanges made for 3/8" bolts (requires SAE flat washers) and is the toughest 2" tall hat channel you'll find.

If you have an 8' wide boat, being 1/8" short on either side won't matter.

This product will not work for boats that are 8'6" wide.
