Return, Damage, and Exchange Policy

  • RETURNS
    If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your product, you may request a return for any unused and undamaged merchandise up to 30 days after date of delivery for a complete refund (excluding cost of return shipping). Any items returned 30 days after date of delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns or exchanges 90 days after date of delivery. Some exclusions may apply.
    (Note: We can offer prepaid return labels at a cost substantially discounted from FedEx.)

  • EXCHANGES
    You may request an exchange for any unused and undamaged merchandise up to 30 days after your order is shipped. You are responsible for any return shipping fees associated with an exchange. The new item(s) will be shipped once we have received the returned item(s).

  • DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
    If your order is damaged during transit or you notice any visual defects or errors, please contact us immediately. You must contact us within 14 days after delivery to request any replacements due to shipping damage or visual defects and errors. To expedite a replacement process, please take digital pictures of the box, shipping label, and the merchandise. You may then email the pictures along with your order number to: support@pontoonstuff.com

  • PRICING
    We reserve the right to change prices without notice. If the price of an item you purchased changes to a lower amount within 14 days after ordering, please contact us to request a partial refund for the difference.

  • If you need a replacement for damage or a defect select replacement and we'll send you a new seat the same day.
  • Email us the tracking number for your return, if you no longer need the product, and we'll refund you within 24 hours.
